Education
I have a B.S. degree in Chemistry from San Diego State University. I recently finished my Ph.D. in a joint program between University of California, San Diego and San Diego State University.
Experience
I have tutored both college level and high school level science courses in San Diego for the past 6 years while finishing my doctorate. I have also taught university level general chemistry as part of my doctorate program. I do both one-on-one lessons as well as group sessions. I have taken most classes associated with chemistry and biology as well as 4 years of college level math courses. The most exciting aspect of tutoring is hearing how well my students have improved since receiving lessons by me. I currently work at the University of Kansas as a research scientist.
